The 2 men showed up on time and were extremely efficient, it only took them about 45 minutes total to do the installation. “Tinted 26 2-story family room and foyer windows with Huper-optic tint, including one very big (8' tall) picture window in the foyer.
They did a great job from start to finish. When I initially called them and left a message, the machine said they would return my call in an hour, and they did. The owner made an appointment to meet with meet with me in 1-2 days (I forget how quickly). Because an earlier time worked best for us, he called the morning of the appointment, saying that he had rearranged his schedule to come a little earlier and asked if that would be ok - and then arrived 5 minutes early. He asked us about our needs (glare reduction, furniture protection, etc.) and then recommended specific tints, showing us samples which he taped to a window. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions, with details about each film. We made an appointment that day to get the tinting completed 2 weeks later. The installer arrived 5 minutes early, was professional and clean, and answered my questions. ... Overall, a very good experience!”
